Celebrate the conclusion of Asian Heritage Month with a vibrant afternoon of Chinese folk dance, culture, and community. On Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., the Li Garden Dance Company will perform in the Caroline Platt Walsh Community Room in Fairfield, CT, presenting four pieces that showcase the beauty, grace, and expressive spirit of Chinese cultural dance.
This special program will offer more than a performance. In addition to the dance pieces, members of the company will demonstrate Chinese calligraphy and invite the audience to learn basic dance movements. Naturally, humanity has found yet another way to make sitting still educational, and in this case, delightful.
